It’s a blend of Assam and Darjeeling tea, premium Assam CTC leaves very well blended with Orange pekoe black Assam and Darjeeling tea (TGFOP Grade -Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe is one of the top grade of Darjeeling Tea) to have a perfect cup of chai. The flavour of True Chai Blend is robust, rich and aromatic, bright liquoring tea to kick-start your morning every day.
Brewing Instructions: Use a saucepan to warm 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk. After boiling, add 1 teaspoon of True Chai Blend and brew for 3 – 5 mins. Add sweetener, as required. We recommend 1 teaspoon of raw sugar/ honey. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 seconds. Strain & enjoy!
For Masala Chai, add ½ teaspoon of our spice mix & fresh ginger after boiling water and milk before steeping with tealeaves
